Refund Policy

We can only accept returns/refunds for defective items, and unfortunately, we can't accept returns if you change your mind since all our products are handmade and unique. All purchases are final once they are placed on theneonsfeer.com.

In the highly unlikely event that your Neonsfeer arrives defective, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to let us know via email at info@theneonsfeer.com, and we'll send you a replacement item free of charge.

You get a 24-month warranty on all Neonsfeer products (purchased after July 1, 2022; for purchases before that date, a 12-month warranty applies). So, if your item breaks or stops working during that period, just let us know, and we'll replace it for free!

If you want to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once we start working on your Neonsfeer creation, you won't be able to cancel the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Since our neon signs are handmade, there may be a slight variation between the actual neon sign and the provided sample.
